Syntec Industries is committed to providing a total program that includes adhesive. While we provide adhesive for flooring and upholstery, our drive is to have a flooring package that Syntec can certify and warranty.

Syntec's program will require a commitment from everyone involved but it will increase the quality and allow Syntec to certify that the carpet is installed properly. When an adhesive is selected, Syntec will train the people involved in the adhesive application. Syntec will also train an individual designated by the purchasing company as a trainer who will train new employees. Syntec will audit the system quarterly to certify that the application and installation processes are being done properly. The company will be notified of the certification or of the nonconformance. If there is a nonconformance, the company must correct the issue and pass a certification audit within one month of the notification. If the nonconformance happens three times, Syntec will decertify the company and will not warranty any issues involving adhesives.

Syntec will warranty the carpet and the adhesive for a period of three years as long as the customer remains certified. The warranty will fall under Syntec's Standard Carpet Warranty but we will also provide the replacement adhesive.
