Our Design Team has selected the best mills and collections in the industry, both domestically and internationally to manufacture our fabrics. This allows us to offer stylish, refined patterns in a broad range of price points for fabrics used in upholstery, window treatments and bedding.

Folia, Ralph Lauren's manufacturer and Motif, which produces Paloma Picasso, are just two of the high-end mills that we employ. These manufacturers provide unique selections for special limited edition, anniversary and your upper-level products. Sample books for these lines may be purchased and memo samples are available at no charge.

Both Ralph Lauren and Motif lines offer designers numerous resources from which to create an unlimited array of themes that reflect the client's style while meeting their needs. These designers, as well as other top fabric designers, have created an elegant look of distinction in plaids, menswear looks, florals, theme-inspired, brocades, wools, silks and a variety of other patterns.

Staying in touch with design trends in our markets that affect the marine industry provides our design team with the knowledge needed to stay on the leading edge. Our design staff are members of the Color Marketing Group and the Marine Design Resource Alliance Group which allows them to stay abreast of color and design trends in the marine market. Our designers also monitor product design in the automotive, fashion, home furnishing and home accessories markets in relation to how they affect our industry.

Pillows and accent pieces are great for adding color and texture to a room. Syntec carries a large selection of decorative trims such as brush and loop fringes, cordings, borders, tassels, buillions, buttons and other accent pieces to complete your design package. We also supply finished products for both interior and exterior applications. Syntec manufactures everything from accent pillows for pontoon seating to comforters and window treatments in the cabin.

Syntec offers a design service in which our designers develop décor boards using customer-specific products that are color and design coordinated to the boat on which it will be used. This service is provided to you at no charge, whether it is a design for the entire boat or just for certain elements within the interior.
