    1,000 Hours Ultraviolet Resistance.
  • Mildew Resistance: Back & Face protected to conform with
    ASTM G21

THREE-YEAR VINYL WARRANTY
Syntec Industries offers a limited warranty to our customer if our marine-grade vinyl fails during normal use due to defects in materials or workmanship within three years from the date of purchase. Syntec will arrange for the repair or replacement of the product. This warranty specifically excludes (A) product abuse or neglect, (B) deterioration due to the use of improper cleaning materials or procedures, (C) damage caused by improper installation or the failure of other seat and/or trim parts, (D) degradation due to the presence of amines in adjacent urethane foam cushioning or (E) staining resulting from mildew growth on adjacent boat components, bleeding from adjacent boat components or contact with suntan lotion.

Syntec makes no other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which is expressly disclaimed.

Syntec's entire liability shall not be greater than the repair or replacement of the product and shall in no event extend to any incidental or consequential claim, loss or expense. Syntec customers should submit any warranty claims to the address below.
