Syntec warrants the Optima Leather fabric against original defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of three years from the date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable and is limited to the original purchaser.

Syntec's sole obligation under this warranty is to replace defective products without charge. Syntec is not responsible for costs for measuring and installing the replacement product.

This warranty specifically doses not cover claims for conditions or damages caused by (A) product abuse or neglect, (B) accidents, (C) deterioration due to the use of improper cleaning materials or procedures, (D) improper maintenance, (E) improper installation, alterations or the failure of other seat and/or trim parts, (F) failure to exercise due care in measurements, (G) normal wear and tear or failure, (D) degradation due to the presence of amines in adjacent urethane foam cushioning or (I) staining resulting from mildew growth on adjacent boat components, bleeding from adjacent boat components or contact with suntan lotion.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WRITTEN OR ORAL WARRANTIES. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS FABRIC IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THREE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. SYNTEC SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
