Ryan Paris
President, Syntec Industries
Ryan Paris serves as President at Syntec Industries, bringing 20 years of experience in the textile industry. He began his career in manufacturing, gaining a hands-on understanding of how textile products are made, before expanding into all facets of operations and specialty programs that have led to leadership roles throughout the textile industry, both domestically and abroad. Ryan is focused on delivering innovative solutions, building strong customer relationships, and supporting Syntec’s continued growth across its markets. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
Mike Ridenour
National Sales Manager - Marine Division
Mike Ridenour brings more than 30 years of experience in the recreational vehicle industry, with a career spanning both OEM purchasing and sales leadership. He spent his first 25 years in OEM purchasing management, developing expertise in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and vendor partnerships. For the past eight years, Mike has applied that experience to sales, helping customers identify solutions that deliver value and support long-term growth. His perspective from both the manufacturing and sales sides of the industry allows him to build strong partnerships and provide exceptional customer service. Go Irish!
Jay Crocker
Business Development
Jay Crocker brings more than 40 years of experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management to Syntec Industries, where 2026 marks his 16th year with the company. Before joining Syntec, Jay spent 25 years with Shaw Industries serving the Texas market. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Marketing and is a member of the University’s A Club of athletic lettermen. Jay is also active in community leadership, serving on the Board of Directors for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and previously leading its largest volunteer committee.
DJ Cross
National Sales Manager - Marine Division
DJ Cross serves as National Sales Manager for Syntec Industries’ Marine Division, bringing more than 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and purchasing across the marine and manufacturing industries. His career includes leadership roles with Cobalt Boats, Mercury Marine, Harris Pontoons, and Syntec Industries, giving him extensive experience in OEM sales, purchasing, regional business development, and national sales leadership. Since joining Syntec in 2018, DJ has led the Marine Division’s sales efforts, helping drive growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of the marine market.
Mike Huffman
National Sales Director - Builder Solutions
Mike Huffman is an accomplished sales and business leader with more than 36 years of experience across the manufacturing, OEM, and distribution industries. Throughout his career, Mike has led sales organizations, launched new business initiatives, and expanded market presence through strategic, customer-focused leadership. Known for his hands-on management style, he excels at developing high-performing teams, introducing innovative product solutions, and strengthening long-term customer relationships. Mike’s extensive industry knowledge and commitment to partnership continue to drive growth, profitability, and exceptional service at Syntec Industries.
