Marine Industry Leaders Syntec and OMNOVA Form Unique Partnership

The companies join forces to broaden their reach among boat manufacturers while providing enhanced service and support

ROME, GA. May 1, 2020 — Syntec Industries and OMNOVA Solutions, a Synthomer company, two leaders in the marine industry, have teamed up in a strategic move that will benefit boat manufacturers and their customers. 

OMNOVA will continue to develop, produce and supply innovative marine upholstery products, and Syntec will oversee the sales function for these products. Existing OMNOVA customers will receive the same premium product they are accustomed to while enjoying an enhanced customer experience. New customers will benefit from Syntec’s broad portfolio of marine surfacing products and accessories.

Syntec has been in the marine industry since 1986 and is well-known for its high-quality marine flooring and accessories, as well as their exceptional customer service and support.
